The main trade-only publication which reports on the Bathroom Industry is called KBB Review (Kitchens, Bathrooms, Bedrooms). Each month they conduct a 'Mystery Shopper' exercise in a chosen city. The July issue reports on Coventry.
We are absolutely delighted to report that Tubs & Tiles were 'shopped', and were selected as the Winners, against six competitors. To receive such an accolade, from a national independent source, within the trade, is a remarkable achievement.
